By accessing or using sub-tracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

sub-tracker is a personal, free, hobby project that reads subscription receipts from your Gmail inbox and shows you a consolidated view of your recurring charges. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

You authenticate via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You may revoke sub-tracker's access at any time from your Google permissions page.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse rate limits.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we use it. By using sub-tracker, you consent to the data handling described there.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that extraction is accurate, complete, or timely. You should not rely on sub-tracker as your only record of subscriptions or financial data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sub-tracker and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $1 USD.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
